Carol Gray-Ricci

Daughter of long tenure Winters teacher Doris C. Gray, and sister of former Postmaster Bill Gray.  Carol grew up in Winters, CA.  Graduated from Winters High School.  Attended University of California at Berkeley and Sacramento State College.  She moved to San Francisco in 1961 and worked in accounting for various employers.  Her longest employment was at Best Foods and for Kinder Wuerfel Attorneys at Law.  She participated in the Society of Creative Anachronisms historical group at many levels, including administrative and executive roles.  She received awards of recognition from the society for her work.  Carol was always the avid reader and would go to literary conventions, volunteered with the San Francisco SPCA animal shelter, loved the theatre, and fine cooking.  Upon retirement she devoted her time to her readings, her cats, her friends, and her myriad interests.
