Bob worked for Bank of America for 38 years and received many awards, including Manager of the Year. He loved cooking, the Giants and the 49ers. Bob belonged to the Elks. He also retired as Manager of the Greater Broadway Branch in Sacramento.
Bob was preceded in death by his daughter, Leslie Ann Fossum and son, Paul Armand Berges.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Nancy L. Berges; brother, William (Janet) Freitas and granddaughter Jessica Fossum.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Wiscombe Funeral Home, 116 D Street in Davis. A private family interment will be held.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hanna Boys; P.O. Box 100 Sonoma, CA 95476.
Dear Nancy: I just heard about Bob's passing. I will always remember him with fond memories. We had some good times at the Davis branch and a lot of it was due to Bob. I hope you are well. Our thoughts are with you.

Mrs. Berges I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember the christmas celebrations that you would have at your home for all the "boys", and letting us girls come too. I will hold you close to my heart in the days ahead.
