Embraced by the loving arms of Jesus on 4/5/09 in Sacramento. 43 years old. Survived by devoted parents Romeo and Rosaline of Davis, loving siblings Judy (David) and Stan (Lesli). Beloved uncle. Respected Sacramento County Probation Officer. Family, friends and colleagues will miss his ever ready smile and spirit. Services will be Monday, 4/13/09: visitation from 11:30am to 12:30pm at Wiscombe Funeral Home, 116 D St., burial at 1:00pm at Davis Cemetery, 820 Pole Line Rd.; Memorial Service at 2:30pm at University Covenant Church, 315 Mace Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: University Covenant Church, 315 Mace Blvd, Davis, CA 95616 or Michael Rivera Memorial Law Enforcement Fund (Scholarships for Law Enforcement Students) c/o Bank of America 325 E St. Davis, CA 95616.
