My Mother was truly a special person who will be missed by our family and her friends for the rest of our lives. We, as a family, are sorry that we were not able to notify many of her friends of her death in time to allow them to attend her funeral. We will appreciate notes and or rememberances from anyone who will kindly leave us a note on this website.

We have been privileged to know Mary Stein for many years through the Sub Vets organization, and we learned to admire her warmth, her dedication to helping others, and her fine sense of humor. She was indeed a lady in every sense of the word. We shall miss her.
