My deepest condolences to Cynthia's husband, daughters, and other family members. I had the privilege of working with her husband for many years and he often spoke fondly of his family. I especially recall him telling me about all the activities of Heather & Kelly. What a horrible shock and tragedy to have this happen. I am so very sorry. I am also sorry I missed her memorial service - I didn't see the notice until the next day. My thoughts are with all of you Jonasens during this saddest of times. Sincerely, Janet Mercurio

I was very saddened to read of Cynthia's passing. I purchased many items over many years at Discoveries for my nephew and niece, and later many items for a good friend's daughters at The Naturalist. At both shops, Cynthia was always a calm and smiling presence and most helpful to this customer who did not have kids. I will miss seeing her around Davis.
